Had to blog about this!
The brat lost her first milk teeth. I feel its too early, she is only 5.5! I am not sure what age children start losing their milk teeth. She was still in a state of disbelief and though that she was going to end up with no teeth at all in the short future. I had half a mind to continue making fun of her, but thought that would be too nasty eh? (evil mom hehehe ) told her the truth about teeth lose!
RD and I put money under her pillow and stuff and told her about the tooth fairy yaada yaada..unfortunately she is too practical..as soon as she found the Rs.32 under the pillow she asked me, Amma, did you keep or Appa kept…well I did try to say no no the tooth fairy, she was like ah well, there is no such thing like tooth fairy, talked to my Appa, and confirmed with him!
Gee..so much for teaching the kid imagination!!!

And over the weekend managed to make

4. Amba hardar (manga ingi in Tamizh)
5. Dhaniya Jeera powder
6. Wheat chocolate cookies (thanks T2M, its my Dish of the week for this week ;))

8. Amla ka achar
9. Tomato achar

S has lost 2 of them, and we made her write a letter to tooth fairy asking for what she wanted. She wanted a small dora toy and we made up a story like it is delivered in such and such a shop. Atleast she believed the first time around 🙂

My kids are at the other end of the spectrum dont lose the first one till almost 7, and get desperate 🙂
