Dish of the week #3 – Blogathon Post 19

This is a simple salad which I made for RD and me to take to work. Its nothing exotic at all, but its something I have never done before, so just putting it up. (Also the fact that I am getting desperate for posts now 🙂)

Ingredients

Carrots – 2
Cucumber – 2
Two fist ful of pomegranate
Two fist full of grapes
Chaat Masala

Method

Actually nothing. Just chope the carrots and cucumber finely. Mix everything. Add Chaat masala, pack and eat!

You can add perhaps add some lime and coriander leaves to it as well 🙂
