Award time and all that :)

Shail of Shail’s nest has conferred me with the Versatile Blogger Award. and then Sangi someone I admire, like how kids admire their teachers, awarded the same to me and then Garima was kind enough to tag me as well

so there is a total of six times I have been nominated for the award….Rima awarded it to me earlier and so did Vidya and then Ratzz was the first one to give it to me..*Preens a bit*

Errr..so six people found me versatile..thanks for that… 🙂

SnS – because her posts are versatile from kids to songs to Rajni to Raja..she covers it all –  – but she has already been nominated..but chalega 🙂

Seema – just because she is the most amazing cook on earth and is the mother to TWO GIRLS

RS – because she writes about everything from her darling Chutku to romantic messages from her hubby to her weekends to issues pertaining to social upbringing and life in general –

Summerscript – whose mother is a sweetheart and who writes from the heart about Pune and TV and what not –

Pepper – Errr..I nominated her last time as well..but chalega na

CR – because I am a fan 🙂

Scribby – because she is the adorable Chirpy’s mom and can write about anything from morning walks to slutwalks!

Zephyr – because well..she is the coolest nag in the blogworld 🙂 –

Ani – because Adi and she are one of the most talented mom-daughter duo in the blogworld

Little Fingers – because despite her crazy work schedule she peeps in to say hello to the world and multi tasks like crazy

The Bride – because she is one of the best bloggers I have read who writes about shopping (thanks to you my knowledge about ugg shoes increased) and feminist issues with equal ease –  Well she is on a blogomaternity leave…but still 🙂

Ashwathy – Her MMM series are the best I  have read in a long time and because she loves me like a sister 🙂

 Scribblehappy – Her posts on feminist issues are very very intense and make you think hard

Tanishka – because I love her simple tales from Sunita the maid, to how you can be an effective financial expert to a love story listener 🙂

Deeps – I love the way she writes..simple and effective

Share 7 Random things about yourself

Here is what I wrote last time

1) I love reading..anything, anywhere, any how, any way…in the train crushed by 100 other women, in the bus crushed by 1000 other people, waiting for R at the daycare to come out, waiting at the doctors whereever I can snatch time

 2) I can sleep in any position anywhere, anyhow, any way..I am known to have nodded off in the bus while standing when I was pregs (didnt get a seat was too crowded) a man saved me from falling down 

 3) I am scared of dogs and lizards..the former because they bark and the later because they wriggle

4) I am a sucker for happy endings in movies, I didnt like rang de basanti and fanah because the hero dies in it  I love chick flicks and can watch them anytime (though the last movie I watched was about 4 years ago!)

5) I find it therapeutic to clean the bathroom of my house (Gosh I cant believe I admitted this!)

6) The only child ever to come to me at the first instance was my own child…I love kids, but unfortunately they HATE me…the very sight of me..no kid has ever ever come to me at the first instance, it requires a lot of coaxing, bribing, blah blah blah…whats wrong..dont ask 

7) I like choreographing any song…there I admitted this as well  I would love one day to open my own dance academy and choreograph any song and dance to it

Errr…I cant think of adding anything to this honestly…oh wait! I have been blogging like crazy for the past one  year 🙂
