I am taking R in the bike singing ‘Tu hai aasma mein, teri yeh zameen hai, tu jo hai toh sabkuch hai, na koi kami hai, tu hi dil hai, tu hi jaan bhi hai, tu khushi hai, aasra bhi hai, teri chahat zindagi hai, tu mohabaat, tu ashique hai’ Pyaar mein he dhoondta hoon, pyaar se hi poojta hoon tujhe, tera chehra roshni hai, tu mohabaat,tu ashique hai…’
Pleased with my rendering,
R did you like this song
R: (thinking for 2 seconds) Amma, yeh roshni kaun hai? (Amma, who is roshni?)
RM: what ?
R: aapki friend hai kya (Is she your friend)
RM: deciding never to sing that song again!
RM is showing R pics from a book where there are faces with different expressions…RM points out to different faces and R answers most of them like crying, laughing, dancing, walking, running, jumping, drinking..till RM points to a pic of a boy eating something.
R looks at the picture with concentration, her teeth biting her lower lips, thinking so hard that RM can almost hear the brain cells clicking..when she looks up and saying Amma, yeh to Kha-ing hai (Kha = eat in hindi)
this girl’s language is nothing to write home about 😦
RD has gone to Australia and R sees the car parked next to the bike
R: Amma, Appa ne car nahi leke gaye to Australia (Amma, Appa didnt take the car to Australia)
RM: no baby, you cant take the car to Australia
R: Kyon (Why)
so RM goes through the entire explanation of how far it is, he has to go by flight, it takes a long time
R: Toh appa ko flight mein leke jana tha na car, phir woh kaise office jayenge Australia mein (Then Appa should have taken the car in the flight na, otherwise how will he go to office in Australia?)
Well, valid Q, RD 🙂
